My role at Waterstons is...

Is working as a technology consultant on the service desk as part of the second line team. My job is to follow up on any jobs that have been escalated from the first contact team. Ensuring all checks have been carried out and troubleshooting the more advanced issues while making sure to escalate further when required.

My life away from work is...

I’m a hobbyist landscape photographer and I love hiking. Which can make for some exciting opportunities. I also enjoy driving my car and riding motorbikes in the countryside on sunnier days. On the dreary days, I’m an avid PC gamer, primarily on a call with friends playing anything from MOBAs to driving games.
