My role at Waterstons is...

Now in our Sydney office. But I've also lived and worked in our London region after beginning my career as a placement consultant in Durham! Since then I've been involved with quite a few of our clients, gaining a solid understanding of their businesses to help them to improve their performance through IT.

My proudest Waterstons moment is...

Always feeling the relief and appreciation from our clients after we've overcome an issue or recovered after an incident meaning the impact to their business is minimal. This can never be guaranteed but the two-way trusted relationships we create make this outcome as likely as it can be.

My life away from work is...

*Has been* variable depending on the region I've lived in. Currently, I'm taking the opportunity to see as much of Australia as I can, stopping off at as many beaches as possible. Over the years I've played different sports at competitive levels however most recently I've taken to watching from the sidelines.

I’ll be with you when...

IT limitations are a barrier to unleashing your business's full potential. My strengths include integrating with my clients onsite and looking at their IT infrastructure and processes in a more general way, then calling upon our tech experts to deploy meaningful solutions.
