My role at Waterstons is...
I'm a Senior Consultant in our service delivery team, working predominantly at one of our largest clients. They're a Fuel and Chemical distribution business operating over several UK locations with challenging IT requirements. Outside of that I am the Service Manager for a small number of other Southern based clients. I am also a Team Leader working with talented individuals who assist me in giving our clients the best possible service.
My proudest Waterstons moment is...
Transitioning a key client from dedicated onsite IT support to a successful remote services model. This has enabled our Technical Consultants to provide a value-added onsite presence delivering key business as usual improvements.
My life away from work is...
Spending time with my family and friends, organising my wedding, running and playing in a golf society and watching Fulham FC.

You call! As a Service Manager it’s our job to make sure we are delivering the expected service and exceeding this when we can. We are always on hand to help our clients with their IT issues and making sure that the Waterstons service is the best it possibly can be.
