Primarily to bring transparency to ambiguous and uncertain environments. I need to adapt to different people, cultures, environments, and situations to support change initiatives to succeed. I like being responsible for ensuring any change I'm responsible for meets the needs of the customer and delivers true value.
My life away from work is...
Spent with my three beautiful children and my amazing wife. I'm usually building something for my children whether that is a den out of branches in the park, a boat out sand at the beach, or a fort out of pillows in our house.
