Ensuring that your infrastructure is getting the best support, both physically and remotely. I work with multiple clients to resolve their infrastructure problems when they occur and target a resolution within a timely manner. The role allows me to encounter a range of technical challenges and I always look to attack this face on.
My life away from work is...
With Sport and exercise being a big interest of mine. You can usually find me watching or playing sport. I am a big fan of rugby, usually try and play some rugby throughout the year. If not playing I also enjoy going to watch the local professional team, Glasgow Warriors and then head to Edinburgh when the Scotland international games are on. Else I am often doing some sort of DIY project, whether that be messing with technology or house DIY.
